Application Process

The application process for 2024-2025 school year will start in mid January. We offer a mixed-age program for children aged 3-5 years old. Families may choose from two, three, or four-day 3.5 hour, morning or afternoon programs

The school year typically follows St. Helens Public Schools calendar (September – June).  Applicants should be 3 years old by September 1st, 2024.

There is a $100 non-refundable enrollment fee per application.

​

There are a limited number of preschool spots available.

Important Dates

• January 1, 2024: Returning Students and Sibling Enrollment begins

• January 20, 2024: Returning Student and Sibling Application Deadline/Enrollment Fees Due

• January 22, 2024-2025 Open Enrollment begins for families new to CJA beginning with families on our waitiing list.

​REGISTRATION AND TUITION

The $100 registration fee holds your child’s place at CJA for the 2024-2025 school year and must accompany this completed form upon submission. This is a non-refundable fee. Payment of the fees implies intent to attend. The administration makes staff decisions and purchases based on this fee, and the fee is non-refundable. Methods of payment include cash or check

2024-2025 Tuition:

The annual tuition is divided into ten (10) equal payments with the first payment due September 1, 2024. Families paying for the school year in full, by September 7th, 2024, will receive a 5% discount.

 

Monday & Friday 2-Day Preschool Program

$192/month ($1920 per year)

$1824 upfront annual payment

 

Tuesday-Thursday 3-Day Preschool Program

$247/month ($2470 per year)

$2347 upfront annual payment

 

Monday-Thursday 4-Day Pre-Kindergarten Program

$385/month ($3850 per year)

$3658 upfront annual payment
