ENROLLMENT

Application Process

The application process for 2026-27 school year will start in mid January. We offer a mixed-age program for children aged 3-5 years old. Families may choose from two, three, or four-day 3.5 hour, morning or afternoon programs

The school year typically follows St. Helens Public Schools calendar (September – June).  Applicants should be 3 years old by September 1st, 2026.  

There is a $100 non-refundable enrollment fee per application.

There are a limited number of preschool spots available.

Important Dates
  • January 1, 2026: Returning Students and Sibling Enrollment begins

  • January 20, 2026: Returning Student and Sibling Application Deadline/Enrollment Fees Due

  • January 22, 2026: Open Enrollment begins for families new to CJA beginning with families on our waitiing list. 

REGISTRATION AND TUITION

The $100 registration fee holds your child’s place at CJA for the 2024-2025 school year and must accompany this completed form upon submission. This is a non-refundable fee. Payment of the fees implies intent to attend. The administration makes staff decisions and purchases based on this fee, and the fee is non-refundable. Methods of payment include cash or check

2026-2027 Tuition:

The annual tuition is divided into ten (10) equal payments with the first payment due September 1, 2025. 

 

Monday & Friday 2-Day Preschool Program

$192/month ($1920 per year)

Tuesday-Thursday 3-Day Preschool Program

$247/month ($2470 per year)

Monday-Thursday 4-Day Pre-Kindergarten Program

$385/month ($3850 per year)

Extended Learning 

$88/month ($880 yearly: 10 equal payments)

Some months will have more classes than others

and is reflected in the monthly tuition rate.
